You choose which records to offer and review the buyer, permitted uses and payment terms. Your review of prepared samples and deliveries comes before buyer access. You keep ownership under the licensing arrangement.
There is no upfront fee. An actual deal depends on useful records, available rights and buyer demand.

Which records are a useful starting point?
Start with work your team can trace from a request through decisions and revisions to a recorded result. We assess whether enough context remains after exclusions, whether your company can license the selected material and whether it fits a buyer’s requirements.
Your company can begin with its own procedures and training material, or discuss selected operational histories. Client records, licensed materials and confidential technical work need their own permission and exclusion decisions before collection.
