How it works
About one hour from your business leader, plus two hours with IT. We identify valuable records, negotiate offers through our AI lab network and handle the data work. You keep ownership and approve security and sale terms before buyer access.
Discuss whether your data qualifiesA short call helps us understand your work and systems and identify records that could interest AI labs.
Using counts and screenshots, we identify what buyers could want and help you choose what to offer.
We present your opportunity to buyers and negotiate the price and licensing terms for you to approve.
We guide your IT team through secure transfer, then handle de-identification, packaging, independent privacy review and delivery.
Privacy is part of the process
We first verify the opportunity using counts and screenshots. Full transfer follows buyer agreement. Buyers receive only the prepared records you review and approve.
14 March: Elena Park at Cedarline Foods in Fairhope reports a failed export.
15 March: Elena confirms that changing the date format fixed the export.
Day 1: Contact-018 at Company-042 reports a failed export.
Day 2: Contact-018 confirms that changing the date format fixed the export.
The same contact, problem and result stay connected. The location is removed, and the dates become relative days.
We also check attachments, file metadata and combinations of unusual details that could reveal someone’s identity. We remove or generalize those clues, then an independent privacy specialist reviews the prepared data before you approve buyer access.

Questions
Start with an estimate. No data upload, email or meeting is needed to see the numbers.
Your records show how people handle real work: the original request, decisions, revisions and finished result. AI labs use this context to train and evaluate models on professional tasks, and to build realistic environments where agents learn to use business tools.
For a straightforward project, plan for about one hour from your business leader for the call, decisions and data review, plus two active hours from IT across inventory verification and guided export/transfer. We handle processing and buyer discussions. Exports and uploads can keep running while your team gets back to work.
You choose the systems, dates, customers and projects to include. Tell us what must stay inside your company before export. We check licensing permissions, remove identifying and excluded details, and arrange privacy review before you review the prepared data.
A license gives the buyer specified rights to use the records. You retain ownership. We explain the uses, buyer restrictions and any exclusivity before you sign.
Yes, when the license allows more than one buyer. We can seek additional buyers or later deals for new records. Each sale depends on buyer demand and the terms you accept.
There is no upfront brokerage fee. We explain the commercial terms before you proceed and show your payout with each offer. You decide whether to approve a sale.
Use the calculator to see your initial payout estimate without booking a call or entering an email. We verify the available history and counts, then seek offers. You see the buyer, terms and your payment before approving a sale. The agreement sets delivery, acceptance and payment dates.
Our default is 60 days from the first received export. We agree a different period in writing if you need one. This covers the project data and identity maps Gesso holds; the buyer’s use and retention are set separately in the license.
